Use this form to create or update a record for you with City Club of Boise, so that you may register to attend events, become a member and more.
Enter the address, phone and email at which you prefer to be contacted, even if you have more than one of each. For example, you may wish to receive email to your work email, but have any mailed notices be sent to your home address. You will have an opportunity to enter additional methods of reaching you later. If you are a part of a member household or a member as an affiliate of an organization membership, you should still complete this form, and then contact City Club by email or phone, and we will update your information and connect you to the appropriate household or organization.
We encourage you to set up any Login Name and Password. You should write down your choices, for later use in logging into this system. However, should you forget your Login Name, you can request that it be sent to you at the email you provide below. If you forget your password, you can request that you be sent a link to reset it.
